Never open on time lady shows up late 24/7 says they open at 9 on the door yet they?re never open pure laziness
Last week I went to Subway at 9:30am. I drove past several other places on my way home. I had checked the hours on the website.... The website says they open at 8:00. The door says they open at 9:00. A young lady came to the door and I was told they would beopen at 10:00 they still had prep work to do. I waited around and got my sandwich at 10:00. They were also out of items for mysandwich. Today I got there at 9:50. Waited till 10:00. I got out of the car and approached the door. I stood there for a coupleof minutes and a young lady came to the door. We don?t have any bread ready yet so we are not open. How long do you think itwill be? Another hour she replied. I am thankful for the people who work there trying to serve me. I completely understandissues the restaurant industry is facing since the pandemic with staffing and supply issues. I don?t get upset about missingitems on my sandwich. I understand if it takes a few extra minutes to get my order. But poor customer service and lack ofrespect for my time is unacceptable. How hard could it be to update the time on the website and door? To have bread ready ontime to open the store? They had time to go out the back door and walk across the lot to Kroger with food for someone overthere. Poor Management. Read more
Well not to impressed..The staff was nice and friendly,but the place was not very clean kind a starting to get that run down... look. Bathroom was not clean looked like it's starting to fall apart not sure about the women's bathroom the floor in thedinning area looked like it hasn't been mopped in awhile it could be because of short staffing. Store owners are thieves? Owners steal the credit card tips from the employees.. Employees work hard day and night making large... platters and big family orders and the owners manage the credit card tips , but give little to none to the employees :( ifyou?re going to tip please know there is a tip jar next to the coin dispenser!! :))) Read more
I shouldn't even give them the one star. Employees are rude the store was dirty and they never have what I want. I don't... understand what has happened but it used to be a nice place to eat. Read more
The young woman who waited on us when we went in this store at almost closing time this evening was one of the nicest fast food... employees I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, which, quite honestly, is a very rare find in today's less than stellarservice industry workforce. She was very nice, quick, and efficient at getting our order together, and went out of her way to beincredibly respectful and accommodating to us from the moment we walked in the door, all the way until the moment we walked backout. My boyfriend and I were joking around with each other and started including her in our silliness she was very nice and shedid a great job of putting up with us acting like we were teenagers. We were probably on her last nerve by the time we left, butshe never showed it if so! lol I rarely leave any establishment with a lasting impression of a good customer serviceexperience like what we experienced with this well-mannered young woman. I didn't catch her name but I wish I had so I couldcall her manager and ask to have her excellent service recognized and recommend they consider giving her a well-deserved raise! Read more
Went to the bathroom here to wash my hands before I ate and the bathroom was incredibly gross. I just walked out. I'm of the... opinion if that's how bad they let the bathroom get I can only presume the food is also gross. Read more
