Chicken /steak bowl- I gave up red meat decades ago but my bf said once in a blue moon won't kill me, lol- plus I just workout... hard and needed to re flourished. This meal includes rice, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, grilled meat of your choiceand cheese-no cheese for me though. I only had half. It was delicious!!???? Read more
