They got my order wrong three times, and were rude after asking them to fix it. Would not go there.

The order was incorrect but was caught in time they were told 3 times the correct order when drink was given it was also... jncorrect clerk then argued that we were told coke machine was not working clerk was very rude and finally refunded money willnot go there again Read more
I'm giving a 3 only because the asst. Manager Shakira really has a professional attitude and cares about the customer if only... she could get more employees that would have the same attitude and care about what they are doing but it looks like a bunch ofyoung people teanagers fixing the food that don't care how they just slop the sandwich together putting things that where notsuppose to be on the sandwich and leaving things off that should of been on it that was obvious from the sandwich, I receivedthat MS Shakira completely took the time to redo thank you Shakira for your positive attitude with your customers it does make adifference. It was okay you're basic Burger King it was very empty when we walked in however when we ordered everybody was too busy running... their mouth to come to the counter. Once we did get our food we realized the sandwich we ordered the bacon cheeseburger wasmissing the bacon. How is your location so empty and you still mess up the order only reason why we didn't turn around and goback is because we were headed to Miami. This is a traveling road so I'm pretty sure a lot of people that Miss items don't goback we normally check our food before we leave this time we didn't because we were in a rush. Read more
Horrible customer service , I tried using the app to get the 2 whoppers for $9.99 , it comes with 2 small drinks & fries . Very busy due to hurricane related power outages. The staff was working really hard to do the best they could
