After being told over the phone they were closing at 8:19, I came into the store with an exceptionally bad attitude, Ashley... Rodriguez was very patient with me, even though I showed my ugliness by insulting her. She, and her staff were willing to serveme, although I didn?t deserve service. Very hot and miss. They always seem to get mobile orders wrong (once even giving me a sub with a few slices of meat and NOTHING... ELSE!) Staff is friendly enough though and when made as ordered the food is tasty. Read more
There was an old man outside with a sign that said "stranded any help is greatly appreciated. I only wanted a 6" myself, but... ordered a foot long and asked them to please bag each half separately because it is for someone else. It was the same type ofsandwich and toppings and she charged me for two separate 6" and put them in the same bag! I had to ask for another bag. Iwas also charged for getting water for him. I guess they don't care about the community, good deeds, or can't cut a sandwichin half without charging for it. Corporate will be getting a call. Perhaps my race is why they wanted to take advantage of thesituation.
