Love this place especially for delivery they are so courteous & quick!
Just got a turkey sandwich with cheese. Pretty basic, and you wouldn't think you could screw it up. I was wrong! Not only was... the bread hard and stale, but there was about 6 slices of turkey and 3 slices of cheese on a footlong. Absolutely pathetic. Goto Jersey Mike's instead! A much better sandwich! Used to go here occasionally but the last cheeseteak sandwich I had only had like 1 small piece of meat on a huge bread. I was... literally eating mostly bread with barely any meat? disappointed. Probably the last time I will go there. Felt like I paid $13sandwich for mostly bread?.. Read more
I never write bad reviews. This is my first ever. Before today, I would have given a higher rating. I used to love this... blimpies. But I ordered for delivery and while placing my order for a combo, they assumed I wanted a 12inch without asking mewhich size, when for YEARS a combo is generally 6inches (unless you specify for 12inch). But they've always asked. When I calledback, (I hadn't even opened the bag but we noticed they were 12in,) the man who answered whom I assume to be the manager, Arguedwith me for 11 straight minutes about how this was my fault, complained I couldn't give the sandwiches back to the driver eventhough they had not left the bag and then complained that I would have free food. He said he could not refund me the price heovercharged, but after a few minutes of that he said he would discount me $10 off of my next order, which wasn't even the amounthis mistake had me overpay. Reluctantly, he said minutes later, I would get my refund at the end of the night. Mind you theyclose at 3am. Afterasking him, if even after his next delivery he could come back, 40 minutes later, the delivery driver didcome back to give me my refund, which unfortunately came from his own pocket. The owner had not given him the money. I feel verysorry for the driver, he had absolutely nothing to do with the owner's rudeness or mistake, and I hope he gets reimbursed forthat. Read more
Ordered through an app. The sandwich was good and all but the service was horrible. I complained because of the order being... wrong, which I did not even ask for a refund but received a refund. The restaurant decided to call me multiple times until Ipicked up to tell me that we are rude, never to order from them again nor call them. Messing up the food is fine, mistakeshappen, wrong orders fine, it happens and I understand them but calling me multiple times until I pick up is where I draw theline. I'll follow their instruction and never order from them again, but hey at least I follow my instruction unlike their foodinstructions lol. Read more
The guy that works there is very friendly. He's very kind too. Since they are open until 3:00 A.M, I decided to order from there... since I was hungry but I was sure that they wouldn't deliver only a half inch sandwich at 11:00 at night. I called anyways tosee if maybe if I ordered more he would bring it but he was kind enough to deliver it so late.
