I am really sad to hear about other peoples experience here in regards to delivery time of the pizza. I think they get pretty... swamped sometimes and they don't have enough delivery person. However, that is not an excuse I guess. As for me, I alwaysordered thru the apps and I always go and pick up my pizza (it takes about 15 to 30 min max if they are really busy) and I amalways satisfied with my pizza. I refrain from ordering from the Bergenline branch because their pizza were not properly done,the topping are scarce but at this place - their pizza are always juicy and stuffed with a lot of toppings. People over here arereally nice - again they might have logistic issues but these people in this branch knows how to make really good pizza. Myfavorite place to get my Dominos fix. Read more

Ordered delivery of the garlic parmesan wings, but instead received dry plain boneless wings. Impossible to contact the store to... ask what was up with the mistake. Absolutely ridiculous do not order delivery or anything for that matter from this location. Read more
This has been the dirtiest, most unsanitary Domino?s Pizza I have ever seen. Poorly managed staff, all of the staff outside... hanging out, went back in and continued to work on the pizza without washing their hands. A garage dumpster in front of themain entrance as well. The most irresponsible staff, i love dominoes but this location has an EXTREMELY rude staff. We waited for our order for 3... hours, it took us 8 attempts to get in touch with the store via phone. A representative finally answered after we gottransferred from the national customer service number. We asked for a refund and her response was ?you have to wait! we did notstart your order when you placed it! Call us back later she stated aggressively? she did not want to give us a refund. do notorder from this place they do not care about the customer at all.
