I showed up at 10:43pm through the drive thru and they said they were closed when their sign on the door and online say 11pm. The food was good and the people working were nice but the gentleman that was placing our order inside at the counter was... extremely nice however he was visibly struggling. I don't know if he was training or not but no one bothered to help him.Instead a blonde lady by the name of Dylan, Daniele somewhere along those lines, decided she would physically push the man asideby putting her hand on his face a pushing him out of the way, not a very welcoming environment. I ordered a lot of food and the staff was super friendly. There was a mistake in my order but they corrected it properly and... gave me the sandwich with no issues. The food was really good. I definitely don't eat enough Arby's Read more
Friendly service and tasty sandwiches in addition to classic Arby's beef ones. Crinkle fries are my favorites but curly ones... are good too. Glad to have an Arby's in Clifton. Read more
It was the worst fast food experience I?ve ever had. When we pulled up to order at the drive thru they said look at the menu we... will be with you shortly. I was ready they asked me to wait so I did close to 10 minutes then I repeat we are ready to order andget no response. I repeat myself again then they finally take our order. The item I ordered was a classic chicken sandwich.After taking one small bite I noticed the chicken was 2 rubbery chicken strips that smelled bad. I will never return to thisplace again. Arby?s has long been one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, so it was a pleasant surprise to see a new location opening in... Clifton, CO. The location is one of the nicest I?ve seen & it has a fresh, classy design. The interior looks excellent &they?ve got friendly employees. It?s especially great to see smiling faces! The food quality was excellent (as it is at anyArby?s restaurant) & it was served surprisingly fast! Another guest commented on how quickly it was done as well. Even with alarge dining room & very high ceilings, the restaurant has good acoustics (meaning it wasn?t loud or noisy). It looks like theymade conscious design choices that didn?t leave too many hard, flat surfaces for sound to reflect off. The design looks great &there aren?t large promotional posters or obnoxious advertising. This place is nice! I couldn?t find a guest WiFi network, butbeing a new location, I assume WiFi connectivity will be added in the future. This looks like it will be an excellent locationfor lunch meetings when they get WiFi! Read more
I drove 2 hours from Bedrock and still another 24 to go on my trip back east by myself. I was pressed for time and craving... Arby's. After FINALLY figuring out how to even get to the parking lot at this new location, I was completely disappointed!!! Isat and waited at least 15 minutes just to get room temperature food and I only ordered a classic beef n cheese meal with 2apple turnovers. It was a total waste of my time and money!!! I only chose this store because it's so close to I70. I'll nevergo there again. The other location in town is easily accessible, they always have hot food and less than 5 minutes wait time!The only reason I didn't choose that one is because it wasn't directly along my route.
