We went inside to purchase 2 ice cream cones. There were 8-10 people waiting for their orders to be filled. Have never seen this... before in any McD's. Customer orders from a kiosk, gets a number and waits. Got tired of waiting, walked up to counter &complained. We were asked for our number, we paid and our cones were given to us. Me and co worker came his food was fast and fresh! Mine on the other hand took quite awhile to come (thats not really a... complaint I understand the 1/4 policy now) but on top of mine taking twice as long as my co workers my fries were old, stale,and cold and my frozen coke already melting. Been here probably half a dozen times, pretty much all drive thru breakfast!? The cool thing is if u have small kids, I'm pretty... sure this is 1 of the last fast food places to have a play place still?! My 7 year old Son loves em! Read more
Ordered a 6 pc nuggets kids meal, ordered another happy meal and asked the lady if they could add another patty to the... cheeseburger and she said yes they can do that. This is the end result. No nuggets. One patty in the nugget box. Come on guys. Read more
All went well, food warm, quick service. This McDonald's restaurant in Clifton is busy so it has issues some times. Today... everything was clicking. Sometimes I park and go inside to order at the counter so I can more carefully check my order whilestanding boots on the ground to haggle and fix errors and then carry it out. This is much better than getting stuck in thedrive thru with a complex set of mistaken items. It might take a few more minutes but I enjoy the peace of mind and certainty. When an order gets mixed up bad, like fish instead of burger, no milkshake, half the fries and they are smashed and soggy, mywife feels I may have caused this status. So certainty that the order is true and right has many rewards! My suggestion -rather than end up a whiner, get up and go negotiate for meal success face to face. Read more
This McDonald?s restaurant has good food, quick service & a nice atmosphere if you?re dining in. I?ve even sat at the back of... the restaurant for a couple of business video calls & was impressed with the level of privacy. They?ve got good WiFi speed &polite staff. Employee Autumn has amazing customer service skills. Lady ahead of me almost hit my car trying to cut me off then proceeded to... scream at the lady in the window ( Autumn) we could see Autumn handing her her change back and heard her tell her to have a niceday. When we pulled up Autumn had a smile and asked us how our day was like normal. She honestly deserves a raise for howprofessional and kind this girl was. Read more
