The employees have NO need for speed. They have only one person cooking the food on a busy night at dinner time. There?s a line... of 20 people staring at the one person cooking the food. They have another person sitting at the cash register not doinganything because there?s no food to ring up because the one person cooking the food can?t keep up. The one person cooking thefood has no need for speed. Nobody has a need for speed. They are fine with looking at the crowds of hungry customers waitingand not going any faster. Terrible management to think that that is acceptable. Ended up leaving because who has an hour to waitin line? Read more

The level of customer service at this QDOBA location definitely deserves to be recognized. I live closer to the other two... locations in Grand Junction but I was very impressed with the management and staff here and don?t mind driving extra for thosethings. Restaurant was clean, service was friendly and fast, and food is good as always. Thank you so much for a greatexperience! Read more
Really tasty food, impossible Fajita bowl with added queso sauce was super tasty. Staff were really helpful too.
Quality, especially for fast food. My picky eater got a practically perfect taco with proportionate servings of each ingredient.... Staff was attentive to each customer and understanding of the picky eater as he decided to be super soft spoken too????. Restaurant was clean and bathrooms were checked twice in less than 30 minutes while we were there. Food shortages wereclearly marked at the beginning of the line so there were no surprises. Read more
Got home and found out that our exactly the same burrito bowls were completely off scale. My bowl was half the amount of the... other bowl... consistency would be nice. Read more
