The Clifton Wendy's has been my go to for a quick dinner or breakfast for a number of years. However, tonight may be the last... time I come through the drive thru at this location. We sat in the drive thru line for close to 30 minutes and watched themanager leave the store twice to smoke 2 cigarettes and two other staff members join him. I have worked fast food and I knowthat it is not something that should be permitted. The dinner rush is no time to be sending multiple employees on break. Iunderstand that staffing shortages play a big roll in all of this, but to watch 3 separate employees leave the store while therewere at least 15 cars in the line waiting was like a slap in the face to my family and everyone sitting in the drive thruwaiting for their food. Order some food the order was completely wrong, tried to call the store, the manager on duty said I was lieing and had to... specify what I wanted (it was just fries and toppings on the potato and chili didn't receive either... )was very rude andaggressive on the phone when I asked for their name they hung up on me. Very unacceptable to treat people paying your wage sopoorly, we come regularly every night after work and usually have to wait even if there is no line but understand maybe they arebusy, but to treat a paying customer as if they are trying to cheat you out of fries after I paid 30+ dollars to not get them isjust sad. we will not be returning if this is the kind of treatment we can expect. only leaving one star because zero was not anoption. I love Wendy's food but recently the service has been far from good... everytime I ask for anything taken off my food they leave... it on and not just one thing it'll be three seperate things in one order i mean atleast get one right. on top of that when Ilook in the bag it looks like somebody threw my food in from across the kitchen. Wonderful customer service as the nice lady taking my order explained their system was giving them trouble. When I got home with... our food I was also pleasantly surprised with how fresh everything was and correct, not one mistake. Considering I came in afterwork about 30 mins before they closed. This location has my future business thanks to your employees on staff tonight. Read more
Super nice people! However, it does not make up for the wait times or the cold, half filled fries :( This is the 3rd time we've... gone to this Wendy's where we've specifically asked for extra sauce, none was given. Asked for a double stack, got a juniorbacon. We went tonight, and our medium fry was more like a kids fry. Overall, glad we were able to eat out. But sad it was notwhat we hoped for. Read more

I don?t know what happened?you guys need to change your night crew or something. First you completely messed up my order, made... me wait 20 minutes for a sandwich and a baked potato, and then you slammed the window shut when I was trying to ask to buy acouple of the frosty keychains. How are you going to help foster kids, like I used to be, if you can?t take two seconds tolisten? I was totally cool with you messing my order up and wasn?t rude at all.
