This GA boy was pleasantly surprised with this place in what feels like the middle of nowhere! Typically the wife and I will... share each other's plates, so on that note: Wife ordered the chicken livers with mashed potatoes which easily ended up in theclean plate club. I ordered the frog legs and fries which also ended up in the clean plate club! We were thoroughly impressedhow they were cooked and seasoned better than some restaurants in GA. In laws ordered prime rib which was also cooked andseasoned to perfection. What we thought might be a typical deep fried joint was far from it. I had salad which was a greatmixed greens salad and wife had pasta e fagioli. We hope we can find ourselves back here soon as we'll probably put them up tothe test for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Always good food, friendly servers and it draws in a large crowd from all over the surrounding communities. It's way out in the... tiny country town of L'Erable but well worth the drive. Down home atmosphere with checkered tablecloths and a good salad barthat is included with the meals. Read more
