The ribs???? were worth the 30mins wait to be seated. The service was a bit slow but our server was great.
If it wasn't for the fact that it took literally 30 minutes for us to be seen by a waiter, while they were just standing around... in the front talking. I would give 5 Stars! Great food, but horrible service. Too bad there isn't a 2.5 star, cuz that is themathematical half... Read more
If you want to be serve my some immature, go to this place. It is suppose to be first come first serve. I was there with a party... of 4 and a family of 3 walk in behind us ,the server look straight at us and call the other family. I explain to her that Iwas there first and she told me I have to wait.(She has burgundy hair ).She didn't try to find out who was there first and thelow life people behind us didn't even take the time to tell her that we was there first. Them they stay BLM..I would never havedone something like that. Bye to that place and my hard working money that pay their salary. That's why I cook at home mosttimes. Period. Read more
After receiving our delivery, I contacted the manager to let her know that I was not asking for a refund or a discount, I just... wanted to let her know that our meals were inedible because of the excessive amount of salt. All she could say was "We don't addany seasoning". I'm not sure where the salt came from then, but in addition to the fact that the food was awful, the manager'sway of handling my constructive criticism in hopes of Applebee's improving their service, was absolutely apalling. We will neverorder from Applebee's in Clifton again. I only hope one day they do a better job in selecting their managers. Read more
Love the oriental chicken salad! Today we had our waitress, Ariana, and she was fantastic!
I had the chicken tortilla soup, chicken tacos and a shrimp bowl. Everything was delicious! Chicken taco appetizer was... incredible. Squeeze the lime on it! So good! Read more
The wait staff person was very nice. However, the table we were given (outdoors) had not been wiped down at all. We had to... request that she wipe it for us even tho we understood that was another staff person's job. But it needed to be wiped. The foodwas good and we had a great time. Read more
The staff at the bar was more focused on the games and each other it seemed as they huddled around the big screen at the end of... the bar.The other games ended on several screens in the restaurant and they didn't bother to switch the screens. They just leftthem blank. Other then that it was a good place with good food and service. Read more
