Usually I never fail with Chipotle but this one made both my wife and I slightly ill after eating. The only ingredients we had... in common were the guacamole and lettuce so wondering if maybe that caused it. Other than that, the staff was super nice andfriendly. Read more
The chips had so much salt on them that we change the bag and they give us another one with more salt. The chicken barrio wrap ... tastes old, the rice was under cooked ,a well as the beans. I was unable to eat it . Sucks. I wish they taste their food beforegiving it to customer. But the workers are great . Read more
I ordered two burritos bowls and received wrong orders for both. No tomato salsa, no corns, no sour, no hot salsa, no cheese, no... lettuce in my order. They missed six ingredients. It was a pickup order and of course there is very long waiting time. You can?tget your order on time. Read more
I live about an hour from this location and had pretty much given up on Chipotle due to both locations by my house going... disappointingly downhill in the past years. I had the salad with chicken. The hot parts were hot and the cold parts cold. Themost generous portion I?ve had in a long time?.like the Chipotle of days gone by where you opened up the lid and found a fullcontainer of food and not a bowl that looked like someone had already eaten some out of it. My order on the app said ready at8:30 and it was done a few minutes early. They were well staffed and the line was moving fast. Only thing was instead of thenice dressing it always comes with I found a container inside of some yucky smelling spicy brown chunky salsa-y stuff. Oh well.Still enjoyed without dressing. I decided to order lunch for my clients and I for a 12pm pick up. I ordered the lunch at about 8:15am. When I arrived I parked... in the plaza lot. I went to the counter and told the ladies my name. She said it wasn't done yet. I got there on time as well. Iwaited another 10 to 12 minutes for the food. They gave a convenient box for all the food to make it easy to carry. When I gotin I ate and the chorizo vegan tacos were good. The main issue is the chips I ordered were sooo salty I couldn't eat them. Itwas an ok experience. Great food, the only thing I didn't like is that there was only one person preparing the food. Looks like they had 2 people for... online orders. I downloaded the app for next time, the line for online orders was shorter. Read more
