The place is clean and pleasant, but I ordered a nitro cold brew, got a cold brew with an espresso shot and they told us that... this is how they were trained to make it. We tried to work through it, and apparently they don?t have the nitro tap. If youdon?t have it, that?s ok, but don?t pass something else as it instead. Just let me know when I place the order, and I?ll changeit to something else. And whoever did their training, please do better. Read more
They only have one guy on the cashier and he is the same guy prepares your food and coffe, I feel sorry for him because he is... trying to keep up with the endless flow of customers, that is what happens when owners get cheap and try to drain workers energyto save money, unfair and unprofessional, it took me over 15 minutes to get my order and it?s not the worker mistake it?s themanagement!!! Horrible. Order curbside sitting outside 15 min. I called couple time no answer. I walk in the young lady working had her... Hit or miss. Some days are good but other days it?s questionable. My coffee tasted like water and a splash of coffee. I ordered... through the mobile app and went couple minutes later and it wasn?t ready which is understandable for sure if they?re crowdedwith orders but when I went it was empty.
