So the coffee was old as I don?t know, but definitely wasn?t worth the 5 bucks I spent. Where is your management at, they should... be making sure staff is changing it. By the way can we make sure that someone working understands English clearly because theyare taking orders. Read more

This is the worst ever. I come in and I?m assuming just assuming the employees with a white shirt on are supervisors or managers... so they don?t Take customers. They were two people behind the counter and I as one of the customers waiting while employees justwalk on by looking at us wait. There?s this lady who gave me attitude because she gave me part of my order but I saw the what Iassume is a trainer that she was helping come with my whole order. So she gave me a whole attitude because I said she wasmissing and here comes along the other lady with my whole order. It?s not my fault that u got my order wrong. Although I am typically happy with the service at this Dunkin, I ordered a ?small cold cup of milk? for my son. I was not given... a receipt, but when they gave me an espresso cup, I asked for a small cup, thinking they charged me for it. I was told theydidn?t charge me for it, so they couldn?t give it to me. I then paid for it so he could get it. I was a bit upset that I had toswipe my card three times for these small charges (they also forgot to charge me for an orange juice, which I pointed out)because things like that just give me anxiety, and I probably wasn?t as gracious as I normally am. However, one of the employeesannounced who I was to the entire store after I left, which prompted a strange man to message me on Facebook. I can deal withmistakes, even if they upset me, but talking about a customer after they leave the store is extremely inappropriate and I willbe contacting Dunkin?s corporate office. Read more

Their Dunkaccino beverage it?s great. The place it?s not that clean. I?m really disappointed that I?ve been twice here and both... times that I?ve ask for a Boston Donut they don?t have. Make no sense that they run out of the same donut in differentweeks????????. Not that happy???? Read more
