Empanadas were cold, burnt and old. I was told to come back in 7 mins and they will make them lighter for me. I go back and I... get the same burnt ones. Threw them out. Will not be going back. Paid almost 8 bucks! Read more

Decided to come here for lunch before work and I regret it. As a full Boricua, I know what good tasting Puerto Rican food is and... this place is not it. Lunch combos are overpriced and the taste of the pork, rice and beans are very bland with no flavor. Nevergoing back! Read more

Great food and great people. I arrived as they were closing so kitchen was closed but instead of just turning me away, the lady... who I believe is the owner, gave me a bunch of epanadas that were not sold, for free. This shows that they make fresh fooddaily and do not sell leftovers. This explains why their food is great. I am not endorsing them because I recieved somethingfor free but simply because their food tastes good. Read more

Our dinner was delicious. They have a wide variety of empanadas (as you might expect). Each of us was able to find something to... our liking. The beef stew, the roasted chicken and the chorizo dinners with rice and beans made for a delightful dinner, and theprice was reasonable. Read more

Very good. Hard to find good Puerto Rican food in northern NJ. I had white rice, pink beans and pernil. Rice was perfect.... Beans had great texture were a bit light on salt but, still good. Pernil had good flavor. Had an alcapurria (see pic). It wasmore dough than substance. I will pass on this. Also had a cheeseburger empanada (see pic). I was surprised that they arebaked because Puerto Ricans fry them. I will not hold it against them because it was excellent. I enjoyed it very much. Prices are fair. I will definitely come back.
