Excellent presentation. Clean and organized. Great setting. It’s not worth the price for what you are getting.
Loved the place for it's big areas and lots of sitting options. You can sit inside or outside if preferred. Of course, their... specialty is sea food but you can also find other good meals for those with allergy situations. Staff was friendly and courteousand you can have a great time wether you are eating or just having a drink with friends. Read more
I ordered the shrimp sampler. It definitely was delicious, only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because some of the shrimp still... had legs and/or weren't cleaned out completely. It also seemed a little over cooked. Read more
The food was awful and they charge ypu an unbelievable amount of money for minimal amount of food. The manager did make things... right and took a large chunk of money off the bill the desert was actually very good but the crab legs were awful the shrimpwhere so over cooked they were like rubber. The lobster was the same super salty and rubber. It was so bad ???? there was alsorotten corn in my food. Read more
I went in at 2:30 pm Thursday and was completely disappointed and disgusted. There didn't seem to be much business; there were 2... hostesses chatting, but apparently only one waiter (no one told us service would be slow or that they were understaffed.) Drinkstook almost 20 minutes to arrive (mine was incorrect) and the food an hour and 5 minutes! Our appetizers were cold, the portionswere small; the sauce had formed skin, and we weren't given bibs or wetwipes. Not only that, but received snow (unseasoned)instead of Queen (old bay)! Why would I pay for what I didn't get? I didn't touch it. I wish I took more pictures. Menus weren'tremoved from the table, and drinks weren't refilled. In ten minutes, we caught the waiters attention and he asked if we stillwanted our correct order. Of course we did. We didn't know it would arrive soapy, dry and under seasoned. The manager wasn'thelping at all and seemed to be threatening the only waiter. By the time we were done, a lady who was cleaning was assigned towaitress. Our waiter didn't return, so we had to pay at the front counter. $111 was the final cost for 3 very dissatisfiedcustomers, and if there's no attempt to right this wrong, there will be a call to corporate. Im not that big on eating Seafood and as a 1st timer here - the food was ok. What you see pictured is : a seafood platter... (fried shrimp, baked shrimp covered in bacon, deep fried stuffed crab, popcorn shrimp, fried fish filet and alot of fries) andan adult beverage. Overall the atmosphere was nice, waiters were really nice , but the food needed a bit more flavor and for meif something taste too fishy - I can't eat it (the filet and popcorn shrimp). The crab and fries was the hi-light for me. Theportions are big enough for 2 people - it's not very expensive: about $78.00 including tip. The food was good but the wait to get the food including appetizer was a longggg while! We arrived around 1230pm on a saturday... and it was a bit empty but they still made us wait awhile before we got seated dont know why?! Its not like it takes THAT longto put two tables together for our group of 7. The server was at least friendly and always had a huge smile. But it just tookawhile about an hour or so for us to even get the nachos appetizer. Read more
