My kids tried this place from a school program that brought philly pretzel factory in for... them and they loved it .. so we went in and Pedro greeted and helped us at the counter we inquired about thw cheese steak ballsand he made them fresh for us while we waited they were great.. awesome experience.. thank you for your services Read more
The Pretzel Dogs were excellent. They were made for me while I waited. I also enjoyed the frozen mango drink. This would... be excellent on a hot summer night, turned into an Adult beverage. I also appreciated the fact that the curb was low enough forme to climb it. Read more
They have what appear to be two teenagers running the front end. Went in at 12 o clock only an hour or two after they open. They... were out of half the items listed on the menu. I then decided to grab a few pretzels 3, but they looked old and not the mostappetizing. They had just pulled out some fresh one?s so I asked if I could possibly get 5 of the fresh ones instead of the 3nasty looking ones and the cashier gave me an attitude about the request and heard comments under her breath. How do you run apretzel factory and have half the items available and then proceed to give attitude with a simple request. It wasn?t even busy Iwas the only customer in the store. I understand everyone is hurting with Covid but then remove items from the menu online aswell as a note or something stating your out of items. The other locations are a bit better but Clifton NJ is a no go for me.Poor staff, poor management, poor customer service. Read more
I always go here i went got 5 pretzels with cheese today. The pretzel was under cooked took it back and the girl behind the... counter put on gloves i take out the bag show her what i was talking about she like thats how they are ma'am no they are notsuppose to take gummy. Never had this experience before nor have i ever had to bring anything back to store me any my friendswas just in there on Friday fresh out oven pretzels and great service from the young ladies that day. If anyone knows me they know I love a GREAT soft pretzel. I made a last minute order and called 3 locations. Clifton made it... happen for me and I was SO EXCITED! ( I?m sure people at the party were too! ) Kind service & very quick. It was definitely abusy morning here for super bowl but they were very organized and prepared for the rush of people. Love this place! Friendly staff, always something yummy to eat. Weekly specials, the Crowd Pleaser is a no-brainer!
EDIT: Just got a call from them today and sincerely apologized for the wait and mixup. I was offered a free mini-dog tray... anytime between now and the super bowl. I'm glad they acknowledged their mistake and offered compensation. I will be visitingthis location again. I've gotten a party tray from this location twice now. The first time on Thanksgiving early in the morningand the second time yesterday on NYE. Both times I've had to wait anywhere between 10-25 to pick up my order that was scheduleddays in advance. NYE was probably the worst.. they were messing up people's orders left and right and even ran out of dippingsauces that people pre-ordered. I love their pretzels and they're very tasty but it not worth going through the hassle everytime. I understand that it's a holiday but they should plan for that and watch how many orders the take for a specific timeframe. Read more
