Great chicken!! Also love the spicy chicken sandwich!
The cashier must have been new, because he didn't know where any of the food items were in the point of sale system. The manager... on duty was just as dumb, because she also didn't know where anything was in the system. They were SO unknowledgeable abouttheir system they tried to charge me $17 for 6 chicken tenders! I was ok with the dumb staff, but that number flipped me. I was there on the inauguration day, workers look very uninterested and lost, they could use more training about how to treat... customers in a friendly manner, I mean, i get it, working with customers all day is definitely not an easy job (I've done it foryears) but if you are not willing to at least be polite, then maybe find another job? The fries were cold and soggy. I asked fora couple plates and some bbq sauce and the guy looked very annoyed, I guess everyone is entitled to a bad day (even if it's yourfirst one working with customers there) maybe going and taking a small break would help you relax a little? I really wish themthe best and hope they improve and provide a better service. Besides the fries, chicken was okay, pretty standard. Good luck!???? Read more
