it?s only two bartenders so sit either at the bar or very close. It was a male & female, very nice and friendly. Went 2 different nights with different experiences. The Monday was a male bartender with lighter eyes he was amazing and very... welcoming to us. Tuesday was a female but she spent her time talking to a male patron the entire time. The only way you couldget any service was though a bar back. We travel state to state and this is literally the worst service ever had thanks to her. Read more
Nice small intimate sports bar to watch all of your NFL games. The staff is nice and friendly and the management team is pretty... much hands-on so you will feel welcomed. Drinks and foods specials are always available so you won't break the wallet. Givethis place a try and I'll definitely be going back. $$ Read more
Terrible. Could not find parking u less I was basically forced to pay for valet parking. Security was dressed like Cosplay... Commando enforcers which didn't make me feel safe there at all. This place used to be ok until it because a ghetto hookahlounge. Read more
Slow service and rude management! We waited over 15 minutes to get acknowledged by any staff then after 30 minutes of waiting,... and still no order OR menu, a rude servant from the kitchen placed the menu on the table instructing us to hurry because thekitchen was closing. Very unprofessional as he stood there with his arms crossed impatiently waiting after WE waited 30 minutesto even get a menu. After rejecting his unprofessional approach, we had to wait another 15 minutes with still no drinks. Shortlyafter getting our OWN drinks from the bar. The table fell on all of our feet breaking glass and spilling every drinkseverywhere. A very unbelievable first time there and will not be returning. Upon arriving they charged us entrance fees at the door to get inside, something they never did before. The bartender was... absolutely horrible, no sense of service and our shots were mixed with water. We tasted no liquor what so ever. Do not wasteyour time or money. I?ve been coming here for about 2 years and loved it. It was my go to place to meet up with friends and family. The food is... delicious, atmosphere is nice and they play awesome music. Most importantly, service was incredible. Well...until recently! Thiswas my second visit in 2 weeks and my last. My first visit last week was with a friend and they lost out on a ton of bar moneybecause my friend is quite a martini drinker and because the staff wanted to congregate among themselves rather than take careof customers, we had to get up, go to the bar and wait a bit to be served. Our appetizer was forgotten about and we waited overan hour to be served our food. Our initial engagement took 20 minutes for us to even be acknowledged. Needless to say, we leftand went to another place that served us each time ouR glass was empty. Today, I gave it another shot and nope, let down again.Place was empty with maybe 15 people in the entire place. Ordered appetizers and entrees. What do you know, an hour later andeverything came out, apps and entrees. Yeah just what we wanted. ???? Our appetizers at the same time of our entrees. Not tomention that half of our apps and food were cold. Could only have 2 drinks because the server came over only once while we werethere, which wAs an hour after our initiation to bring our food and we ordered another drink. She then came over at the end tobring the check. Very sad that this place went down hill because it really was a great place. It almost seems like it?s undernew management. They have all these females, which weren?t there previously and they just dont know how to handle more than 2customers at a time. I had the worst of worst experience ever I unfortunately had the server angelika. My husband and I went here on 11/20/22 and had... the worst time ever the server Angelika never came to our table and check on us at all when she did come she practically threwthe corona on the table that my husband order.
