Enjoyed my early Dinner here today, the service is great, the food was delicious, and if you want your food a certain kind of... way just ask, I like to leave a review after various visits, I like to make sure that my reviews are as accurate as can be. Ourserver today was Steve, how great is he that I noticed a little family say “ We see you next Tuesday Steve” as if they hadcame over to visit a family member. ????… Across from us an older couple said “ we will return before Christmas, shook hishand and gave him a side hug. We sat at the bar and the bartender made what was a pleasant atmosphere a nightmare with his condescending attitude. We ordered... bottomless flavored lemonade and he agreed it was bottomless. We noticed a special on the cardboard and went to order it and wastold it was one order per table. I said we had two tables then and he said no you can have two checks but this is one tablebecause that's how I have it setup, pointing to the computer screen, the other table is down the bar. I said okay and mydaughter said you get the special, I ordered a burger and he began to explain it comes with bottomless fries and he would giveme a water since I have a drink that's not included in the special. When asked why he said because its a specialty drink that Ihad and said if you looked at the menu right here it says that,holding the menu open in my face. Then continued his rant bystating that the small print on the flyer states to ask the server for details and if I would have read that then I would haveunderstood. After telling him not so nicely, that he could kiss where I was sitting and that I really don't need his wifeattitude he continued to tell me about the drink I said I wanted to order from the regular menu and he still kept ranting. Isaid I don't want to hear your opinion on this I don't want to hear that. He sucked his teeth and walked away. After waiting 30minutes and never receiving our food we paid for our short stack and lemonade 18 bucks took our disappointed shelves out of thishorrible environment. I love Red Robin chain and find this incident unfortunate because it will be a while before I return. Read more
If you’re in the mood for a great burger, come see Steve at this Red Robin, I don’t know which is better, the service or... the Food!!! ????????… Both equally AWESOME!!! Haven’t tried the Happy Hour because I didn’t know about it , but for $3 $4and $5 dollar Happy Drinks I think I can gather a couple of my friends after work!!! They also have Gluten Free options, whichis great!! looked at the menus and once seated the waiter came over in about 5 min.
The waiter and staff were very friendly and the foodwas good. They made sure to take the order and make a note of my kids allergies
STILL NO FREE WIFI AFTER MORE THAN 1 YEAR! cellphone data speed & reception here is super weak, so it is crucial to provide free... wifi to the guests, especially since service wait times can vary greatly at this location. Amazing staff..Very friendly, very fast, great vibes! The burgers, shakes, drinks salad wings everything was delicious. We did... not wait long at all. It was my goddaughters birthday and I’m so glad I took her there. The manager was so kind came to ourtable gave my baby nephew a ballon and kept asking if everything was fine and if we needed anything. The whole staff down to thecook sang happy birthday to my goddaughter, it made me teary the way they made her smile, they did it so joyful and made herfeel great. Staff was very friendly! drinks and food came out very quickly. Unfortunately I had the bbq wings that were so tiny, looked like... they threw it in the microwave for 30 seconds, shrunk and called it a day and no where near smothered in bbq sauce, same for myhusbands order. My daughter had the burger, she didnt finish it and chips were burnt. If they worked on their food situation itwould be a great restaurant bc the staff was sweet. Read more
We decided to eat at the bar, what a mistake. The bartender had the personality of a park bench. More interested in his phone... and eating then the guests he was supposed to be taking care of. Asked for my sodas and he told me someone else brings them.Fist time ever I went to a bar and the bartender didn't bring me my drink, very strange. I've worked in the restaurant industryfor 20+ years. Red Robin do better.... Read more
