My family has enjoyed this SmashBurger on many occasions. Their turkey burgers are out of this world! We also love their brussel... sprouts and smash tots. The staff here is friendly, hardworking and dedicated. They always work as a team to ensure customersatisfaction. This is impressive, especially since the staff is largely young kids. The best burgers you've ever laid your measly eyes upon!
This was my first time ever at a Smashburger and honestly it was my last. I ordered the Double Bacon Smashburger with regular... french fries and a Cookies and Cream shake. It took about 15 minutes to get my order and even when it was finished, dining inthere's a sense of hesitation the staff gives because they don't tell you where to sit or give you a way to get your order. Myburger was so greasy and dripping from the side, my fries were at best good but my shake was a disaster. It had a taste ofburning metal from what I can assume was the overworked blender. I simply refused to drink it. Overall not worth going back if Ican go to Shake Shack or even Five Guys. Read more

Good food and service. Seats were bad and uncomfortable.
We were really excited to try Smashburger, having heard so much about it. We love the smash burger type of cooking hamburgers,... but we were not impressed. I had the Double Triple and it was fine. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't particularly juicy. Mycompanion had the larger BBQ, Bacon and Cheddar and his was actually dry. The location was clean and pleasant, but we werehoping for more from the food. Read more
Gave me the wrong order- chicken instead of beef. Had to waste 30 minutes to drive back here and get the correct order. I should... have been compensated or gotten something for free at that point. Someone else behind me realized they did not get their frieseither. Absolutely horrible. Will not be coming back here Read more
