I ordered 5 pieces of chicken and three biscuits online. I went into the store to pick it up and I asked if i could have honey... mustard sauce. The manager who was at the cashier said it doesnt come with the order i placed. I think he was trying to say ishould have ordered chicken tenders or something if I wanted that sauce. Location always forgets something in your order every time. Last attempt at eating here was it for me. I ordered a family meal,... with 2 different sauces and honey. The app allows you to do this. I waited over 30 minutes once I got to the store for the food.Wasn't the problem though. I checked my bag when I got in the car, alas, sauce was missing and honey. I always check becausethey always forget. I went back in and the manager proceeded to yell at me and said I didn't order all that. I offered to showmy receipt (but either way, what is the big deal?) He tossed the bag at told me "just take it". Oh by the way, still gave me thewrong sauce. They're off our Friday night take out rotation for sure which is a bummer but , I can't support someone treatingothers that way. Read more
Popeye's chicken sandwich is simply awesome. I didn't think anything could be as good as Chick-fil-A but this is, It should be... illegal for a chicken sandwich to taste this good. I was there last night before closing 9:50pm the guy at the window was really nice, but? the order comes with a biscuit, I... didn?t got any. The chicken was really old, I purchased a soda, I came back for my soda because they didn?t give it to me. Icame back at 9:59 the ?manager? (Tina or Dina) just waived her hand saying that the store was already closed. The guy who helpedme at 1st try to open the window but it was closed, he called many times his ?manager? she came back scream at him: I DONT HAVETIME FOR THIS! Not that bad, they are polite. Re-fried and served I?m ok with that.But gave only one napkin! I can understand pandemic is not... over yet???? but still have some mercy !! Wanna add some thing to it. Went back today 4th July 22. The shrimps and fishsandwich is not fresh at all! Unhealthy to re fry! It would be great if they give fresh fish sandwich at least!
