The Diablo Sandwich definitely hot but good. I couldn't handle eating the sandwich and the French fries. I like hot and spicy... food but that was too much for me. The service was okay, nice but nothing special or unusual. The floor near the soda machinewas extremely sticky. I was the only customer. Visited around 8:30 tonight and the person working the drive thru was VERY RUDE for No Reason. If you don't want to be nice then... don't work a customer service job. Needless to say we left, and after reading some of these other reviews, won't ever come backto this location. Read more
Not busy at all at noon. Ordered the RB Gyro and was served a lamb Gyro, which they corrected immediately. Fast, friendly... service since the 70's in Clifton Heights. Read more
I personally am not an Arby's fan but my dad wanted one of their sandwiches so we headed to Arby's. But even though I don't like... Arby's food, I found a yummy treat which made a perfect bedtime snack. They had one Apple and One Cherry pie. I got them bothand headed home. Best bedtime snack ever!! Read more
If you use the drive thru I recommend you pick up a burger next door before you order at Arby's. Twenty five minutes+ in line... waiting and there were only three people ahead of me. One just pulled out of line and left as did the car behind me. Sandwiches had way too much dressing and sauces. Next time I'll go to a different one. Read more
I had a Cajun fish wrap, and it was really good. I don't say that about many fast foods meals, they're just for speed and... necessity, but that wrap was delicious. I'll definitely be going back. As for the customer service, the cashier was ok, notrude, but kind of lackadaisical. He could have been more upbeat. Customer service and training is dead now, unfortunately. Drive through order. Workers are generally pleasant to talk to and polite. Food is good - especially the beef. However,... condiments can be just a little salty. The jamocha shake is great! Read more
My husband and I got Arby?s last night for dinner. He went through the drive thru, and when he got home and we started eating... our dinner, we noticed that the roast beef on our beef and cheddar sandwiches was not fully cooked. Many pink/gummy spots andwere unable to be eaten. We were very disappointed! Read more
