Have to say, went there 9-23 for lunch, 1st mistake was placing order online. When I got the to store at 1130, pulled into drive... through to pick up order. Was berated by, who I assume was the manager, who yelled through unopened window the store opens at1230. (might want to check the hours on their website). I explained that i paid online and the charge was approved, pleasecancel the order then. Her answer was you won't be charged until the order was processed, okay, I'll live with that. Guesswhat, the charge went through. I tried calling the store to get this cleared up. Store must have been closed all day today, noone answers the phone. My second mistake was taking the word from an angry employee and third, not paying attention to thereviews over the last year seems like everyone seems to have the same issues with this location. seems like whoever responds tothese reviews has a bigger issue then trying to put out a fire that the employees start, but the bigger picture is that thingsdon't change at this store. I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. The food at Boston market isusually pretty good but for some reason, when ever you go there, you leave with a sour taste in your mouth. Read more

The staff closes the store hours before they're supposed to. Doors locked with signs to go through drive-thru then nobody shows... up to take your order, or told that they're not taking anymore orders.. if they close at 11pm or 12am then why do they close upby 9:30pm and act like they don't see or hear you knocking on the window? So this Boston market moved the location and the speaker to place an order in the drive through does not work. Also the... employees make up hours that they are opened. On Google it says that this location is opened to 11pm. There were 5 cars behindme and the worker saw me drive up to the window. After 10-15 mins I knocked on the window then someone mysteriously appears andsays we are closed. I said why not put out a sign because according to your hours posted online your open until 11pm. This wasaround 8ish. There have been other times when cars would sit there and Noone would come to the window to take orders. Thislocation needs to be looked into and there needs to be an area operations manager because this happens often. If you try to callduring operation hours Noone picks the phone they just let it ring so I were to want to use them for catering that would nothappen because customer service is absent here. Why move your location if you plan to lose money and customers. That is anoverlooked risk by the executives. Read more

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered online at 7:45 for pickup and received an email that my food would be ready at 8:00. When I arrived, the... door was locked and no one was at the drive through. After 15 minutes, an employee came to the window and said they were closed,even though the lights were on and they?re supposed to be open until 11. I asked if he could cancel my online order since thecharge was already pending and he rudely said yes. My complaint isn?t that they were closed since I know staffing shortages arerampant. My issue is there was no sign on the door or note on the website that they were closed; and the employees always actlike the customers are inconveniencing them. They move so slow. No one answered the phone when I called. I?m calling corporateif my refund doesn?t come through. This was the final straw with this location. Read more

Very dirty inside. Staff works in slow motion and is unhelpful and unfriendly. Soda machine was all seltzer with no flavor. Did... not give us utensils or our cornbread. When we asked for cornbread they gave us one (we paid for 2 meals!) We dined in and oneof the employees was on a break sitting in the booth next to us listening to his phone on full blast! Unprofessional andunsanitary at this location. Wake up Boston Market! Hire people that actually want to work! Read more

Went yesterday, creamed spinach was terrible, dark meat chicken was dried out looking, no salt for my mash potatoes. No coke in... fountain. Corn bread was soo hard. Add to it staff looked bothered when they finally showed up to the counter after me callingthem, ( we were waiting a long while, no employee up front, before I started calling for staff) was defensive instead ofapologetic when I asked if they had greash spinach.
