Worst Burger King. They should be closed down for the horrible food they serve. Put a five guys or shake shack in place of them.... I had the worst chicken sandwich in life. Took a bite and it was rubbery. It?s more of a chicken pattie instead of the crispychicken they advertise. Do these people not know what a crispy chicken breast is. I?m not a fan of Popeyes, but I did have theircrispy chicken sandwich and let me tell you it wasn?t but. I?ll just continue to purchase fresh chicken breast from my butcherand make it at home. Inside service was like "I don't care if you're here ". But it was fast, hot ,and fresh. I had (I thought) was s meal deal,... dubble bacon cheese Burger and chicken frys and French fries. Did not come with a drink. There's my 2 cents. Read more
Worst Burger King in the world. Why is this place still open? The customer service here is a joke. They close at 8pm when... they're supposed to close at 9pm. Place my order through the app only to find out when I get there that they're closed and theywere laughing at me. I called the Restaurant to find out how I could get a refund since there was no option for refunds in theapp, and the young lady that answered the phone hang up the phone on me when I try to explain why I was calling. If you are the owner of this location please consider getting new workers or staff . 30 minutes to get ur order in a freaking... drive through ? This place is a complete joke no wonder no one usually goes here to waste their time. Has to be the slowest Burger King of all time. I have been stuck in the drive thru, for 34 mins and can?t get out. Don?t open if... you can?t cook in a decent time. 42 minutes later I?m at the window I just drove right by, you don?t deserve my money. Youwasted my day. Was straight trapped in the line. Terrible food quality. Everything tastes poorly made. Especially their beverages, particularly their coke. This location in... particular has 0 flavor in their soft drinks. Every single time i have gotten a soft drink from this location it has onlycontained seltzer water. To no one?s surprise the seltzer water was also flat. It's a disgrace how long the drive thru lines are and the wait time. Today I decided to go inside. There were 2 people in line... and I saw 6 staff. The young manager I believe to be no more than 22 was talking to the cashier about something personallaughing and talking. The other staff just there no one at the drive thru window just walking around talking and playing. Afterthe young man took my order he had no change so he yells to the manager to come up to assist him . He apologizes for the waitthe manger after three times of calling her she yells What! I look at her and she changes and says yes. He says he needs changeshe goes to the back for a while and then returns eating Reese's candy with wrapper in hand. The young man says you're eatingcandy that's why you took so long. I get my change and wait for my order. I ask for salt and if they have hot fries . He statesno we don't have any dropped right now. I then leave and see the drive thru line is still full. Someone needs to retrain andmonitor this store. This is not acceptable. Wendy's has just been put across the street and if this continues here.
