I've ordered out from them in the past and the food has always been great. Decided to dine in for my niece's birthday and had a... horrible experience!! We got there early so we were the only people there. There was one waitress and she was horrible. Weordered 2 large family size seafood bags and somehow she placed an order for 2 small, 2 large. When she came out with our firstbags, she said the other was on the way and we informed her that we only ordered two large. She ran back to cancel the order. Aswe dumped our bags into trays to enjoy, we quickly noticed that we'd received the small bags, instead of the large as severalitems were missing. The waitress literally stood over us, counting out each number of items we had and declared it a large,saying "they just missed a couple things." Then she starts running back and forth to the kitchen bringing out sides, in no sauceand no seasoning. I informed her that we were okay at this point just keeping the smalls because the way she was bringing thefood out and standing over us counting our food was frustrating. She insists we have a large despite missing crabs clusters,shrimp and crawfish. I asked for the manager at this point because it's evident she wasn't listening and she calls him on thephone. He proceeds to say he's watching us on the camera and it "looks like we have a large." After 20 minutes of this, theyfinally realize they didn't give us the large and instead of honoring the request to leave them as small, they bring out 2additional boil bags with the missing items and charged us full price for the large. This was a horrible experience and I willnot be back nor will I order from them again. The sauce and food is delicious but I'll pass for a place with better customerservice. Read more

Got the Combo A with 1lb each of snow crab legs & Shrimp. Comes with red potatoes & corn on the cob. Just right amount of food... for 2 adults. Seasoned exactly as requested. Reasonable prices. I plan on returning. Read more
We got takeout tonight since my son was at his senior prom..food was fresh and delicious. I had the fried shrimp basket with... sweet potato fries and he had the fried catfish basket with onion rings we also got the fried scallop appetizer to share. Verygood food, friendly, clean.
