This wawa get my 5 stars!! I ordered the new chips ahoy smoothie on Fri. When I got home I drank it to find there wasn?t any... chips ahoy in it. I called and the manager said I could come back for one on the house. I went in this morning for my freedrink. I also wanted to purchase another one. The manager, Colin, was super kind he even paid for the one I was going topurchase. How was the drinks you ask? They where made just right!! Thank you again Colin!!! Read more

Worst possible error. I asked for a smoked turkey sandwich After getting home and consuming 3 bites, i noticed the meat was pink... (pork). Im highly upset. I literally eliminated pork and beef for the past year just to experience this. I went back, the ladywas apologetic so i did not make it a big deal but the next person i know would have especially if they were islam . Im justpraying i dont get sick. Also i do not understand why this brand new location is so dirty outside. This location is officiallycancelled. Read more

I have been to this Wawa many many times it is very crowded the lines do move fast like other review say I've also experienced... the staff at all hours day and night and I never found anybody racist can't believe somebody would say that. The parking lot istreacherous getting in and out you have to be very careful or you could be in an accident also the air pump is located in aweird spot and always causes problems for people to get in and out. The store manager and assistant manager were the most unprofessional management team and customer service workers that I've ever... encountered (and I spent years as a quality evaluator). Their credit machine wasn't working properly (demonstrated by the cardbeing used immediately after the horrible encounter at the ATM in the store without any issues) and they initially made NOefforts to accommodate me. The store manager was the rudest and most unprofessional inserting herself just to give attitude andtell me if my card doesnt work oh well there isn't (she said ain't ???????????) anything she's going to do about it. They gavelots of attitude then agreed to MY common sense suggestion they at least try another machine. I ended up going to the ATM a fewfeet away and using it without any problems only to return to the counter to find 2 managers talking trash about me. It'sunprofessional to talk about customers at any time, let alone when they're a few feet away and can hear you! I hope this isn't areflection of Wawa as a company. I'll be following up by reaching out to corporate about this unprofessional and disrespectfulbehavior. Read more
