We only ate here because they are peanut and tree nut (except desserts) free and my daughter has allergies. When we arrived the... host said they were short staffed so we could not sit in a booth. No big deal. We were seated for about 10 minutes before weordered drinks and waited another 10 minutes for menus. Our waitress was very nice but seemed to be the only person working. Theother wait staff were standing like zombies not moving. The food was what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Two starsonly because the waitress was nice and the food is peanut and tree nut free. The menus were caked in wing sauce and the tablewas dirty. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Hostesses did not even address us when we came in and then proceeded to talk to their friends who showed up... just to chat without wanting a table. She told us it would be a 15 minute wait but never took our name or number, which she didfor the groups after us. The group who came in AFTER us was then seated BEFORE us. After speaking up they promptly seated uswithout any menus and we received ZERO attention from the servers who proceeded to serve other tables again seated AFTER us andall around us. I came here with my fiancé because we both just wanted to have some bar food and a drink to wind down for the night and it was... great! The food and drinks were great, however I have to say the staff were even better! Our bartender Gabby was a greatconversationalist, works fast and is a great team with Gabbie! They both had my fiancé and I in a way better mood than when wecame in and we were having a good day to start! Read more
It wasn't busy and not enough servers on a Saturday night. We had a party of 6. We grabbed a table close to the bar. We didn't... get menus so we scanned the bar code on the table. A few of us had never been here so we figure that was standard. The tablebehind us got menus so we asked to see one. We ordered and it took a while for us to receive our food. The manager seemed to bedoing everything except bartend. Everyone seemed to enjoy the drinks but one member of our party ordered BBQ wings he said thewere kinda cold. I got tenders and fries with medium Buffalo sauce on the side (which had a weird aftertaste) and a side of theThai Curry which was spicy but delicious. The fries were nicely seasoned. Good was melt in your mouth great. 30 wings was more than enough for 3 people and the American cheese burger was a bit greasy... but still two thumbs up and. Service was very fast and my sister was able to get the bill via her phone and pay that way so nowaiting for them to bring the receipt back to sign etc. Our serv we was very nice and efficient. Be prepared to spend a bit ofmoney $$$ but definitely a nice quick date spot. Oh and one downer was the music was too loud and couldn't hear my siblingstalking and the table we sat at was dark..suggest table lights or something. I had to use my phone to see the menu. Read more
Upon arriving it was not crowded as it was early Friday evening. When seated I noticed the table was dirty and I had to ask the... waitress to clean it. When my friends arrived the waitress brought over tortillas. When we were ready to order I ordered thegarlic parmesan and requested my wings not be drenched. It took a while to get my order and when it arrived what happened? Mywings were totally covered and wet!! While the waitress expressed she'd taken a look at my wings when she picked it up and wascertain they weren't as I ordered. So, why did she bring them over to me???? Nonetheless, she stated the manager informed herthey would refire me another order. Now here's the kicker as it turns out since they were very short handed, (hence the dirtytable and time to get our placed and received) the manager was actually in the kitchen doing the cooking!!!! First time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Sad to say I was not impressed. When entering the hostess was less than enthusiastic. Her head... on the counter was not very cheerful. Not a lot of people in the restaurant but many dirty tables. The waitress was nice butthere was were 4 of us and our food came out at 3 different times and one was prepared incorrectly. I loved it. Went in the early afternoon so the place was empty and we got a brand new server who was being trained. She was... quiet and sweet and sooo nervous. Her trainer stood near while she did her thing and she was great ???? we told her she would doamazing in her new job and she appreciated the kudos!! The food was amazing, the service was extra special ???? and theatmosphere was alive with laughter from our table. We pulled some of the other waiters and waitresses into our fun and theyenjoyed the laughter as much as we did! Great place to have a bite to eat!!! Read more
