I will never be returning here. My husband and I waited for over 10 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and as we were driving... away opened the bag and they were both completely wrong. Chicken, not sausage kind of wrong. So we bring the bag back in andthe store manager instantly has an attitude. She said, "Do you see my staff here? What do you expect?" with a huge attitude. She literally threw our bag of food. Unfortunately after this point my husband used the F word (once) and they refused toremake the food. The manager literally ran away while someone else issued a refund and yet another worker was yelling at usthat there are cameras. We have submitted a response to corporate to have them pull the camera and see the unprofessionalbehavior of their store manager. All she had to say was, "I'm sorry, we are short staffed, let me have that remade for you." Period. It's called customer service. They need some training. All total we were there over 25 minutes and left withoutfood. Read more
Absolute worst service ever, very rude manager and even more rude morning grill team member that thinks it's ok to yell at... customers and refuse to make their food right when she makes it wrong, then screams at them to shut up repeatedly while thecustomer is asking for a refund due to her insane behavior. I suggest the regional manager review the camera footage from thismorning and see how their employees act. From the pink shirt manager throwing bags of food, the blonde woman in the grill, andthe purple haired girl at the counter, everyone involved with my order was the worst Peron I've ever dealt with in my life,bring me to a point of confusion and anger I've never felt before. Never have I advocated for someone to lose their job, butthese people... No, no bad karma, keep them on, I'll just never visit this store again and I'll leave this review so everyoneelse can see it and make their own choices on where to spend their money. Used to be one of the best McDonald's around and now it's AWFUL. If you truly want to wait it's a 40+ mins ordering process in... the drive thru. Also if you go inside it is visibly dirty, with open boxes scattered all around, empty cup dispensers. Againused to be very clean, organized, and on top of everything. After you wait 40+ mins you'll also get cold and over cooked food.This is definitely not a FAST food establishment. Read more
This McDonald?s is the closest to my home, so I?ve gone many times. Food is good/fresh 20% of the time. Nuggets often taste like... they?ve been sitting for hours even at high traffic times. They also just don?t salt their fries, which I don?t understand. Ihave never had salt on my fries at this location. Read more
Went to drive thru where there was NOBODY THERE! Ordered McDoubles and ended up getting cheeseburgers and these were no ordinary... cheeseburgers. We had two that had two end buns and two that had two top buns. It?s not like they were in a hurry. Is making aburger the correct way that hard? Read more
They were a bit lazy tonight and put nothing on my spicy crispy chicken sandwich.(burnt bun too)
Went to get two burgers. When I got home each burger had 1 patty instead of two. Went back and received no apology that they... messed up. They wouldn?t take the food back so I brought it home. The burgers were raw. Absolutely pathetic. You have apreprogrammed setting to cook these patties. Went back again different time of day right before lunch. Burgers were cool anddry. Slow service whether it?s drive thru or mobile order. Food is usually not fresh. Staff seem polite but very unsure of what?s... going on. Won?t be coming back here for a while. Read more
