Literally the best sushi spot--not only in Clifton Park, but in the 1-hr radius--the only sushi better than this spot was all... the way down in NYC. The restaurant is SPOTLESS. One of the cleanest place you will ever go to. Nothing is sticky or has aweird smell. Friendly and effcient staff. They are very communicative if there are any delays and super apologetic if even aminor thing occurs. The food is all fresh and high quality, making the price incredibly fair. Just be mindful that if youchoose to dine in and leave food waste, they might call you out on it. But that's only because the owner and the staff are thatrespectful of the food they serve. This beautiful, quiet, and well-thought out restaurant is deceiving at first glance from the street. Located in a small strip,... you?re not sure what to expect upon arriving. However, after you place your order and sip some sake, you are immersed into alovely, meticulous, formal-inspired meal that will leave you smiling and full to the tippy top. The servers are kind, and youcatch glimpses of the fully stocked and bustling kitchen from the swinging doors creating a barrier between the worlds. This isour new go-to traditional Japanese place. Nice staff and good service. Had complementary miso soup and salad ????. Squid sashimi is chewy and rolled with seaweed (named... ika on menu). Also order other salmon, yellowtail, king crab sashimi ???? ???? ???? and dried rolls. Sukiyaki noodle ???? has alight broth with a variety of fresh vegetables. Read more
THE best sushi in the capital district by far. Wish I could give it 10 stars. Amazing service, and great packing for takeout.... The waiters are so considerate and kind. Food is superb. Sushi is fresh and delicious, and Korean food is authentic. Friedchicken is also very good. Would recommend to anybody. Read more
