Very poor service? threw our tacos around on the counter and slammed our food into the bag like it was a game of football.... Definitely going to Chipotle next time. Girls were wearing very short shorts, overall very unprofessional. Read more
Just awful. They can't ever get my order right. Been there 3 times in about a month. Every time a new way to mess up my order.... They said they refunded me and the guy at the register tried. Most recent time was also a disaster. Avoid it at all costs. Read more
This place is horrible. I?ve been there twice and the first time they wouldn?t even take our order and the second time they made... us wait 30 minutes and gave me the completely wrong food. I wasted so much money on something I couldn?t even eat. Go to anyother moes but this one :) Read more

It is sad for me to have to write this review, but this place needs better management. For the past month I have gone to this... Moe's a total of 4 times and every time there is a different excuse as to why they can't serve me. I understand restaurants andbusinesses are short staffed, which I completely understand. The excuses I have been getting is "our systems are down" or "wearen't accepting in store orders just online orders." In my opinion it should be the complete opposite, if someone drives toyour store to get food they should be served (depending on where people live people gotta drive there). The last two times theytold me they aren't accepting online orders and that if I want to order I would have to order online. Earlier today I went inand I was the only person in line and they still turned me away because they had too many online orders. I even asked so I canstill order online correct? And the workers response was "I think so". To me this should be different, if a customer is willingand ready to eat and spend money at your place I feel you should stop online orders and serve them, not turn them away. For the last year or so this place has been becoming increasingly dirty. I ate there today with my family, may 2022, and I will... not be returning. The longer I was there the more grossed out I became. Everywhere you look is so dirty. I feel bad for theemployees, they were very friendly. Management needs a big overhaul. This moe's has to be the worst moe's in the world ????!!! I love moe's and go atleat 2 times a week for lunch at different... locations due to work !! This was my first and last time I will ever go here ! Workers don't greet , there very slow , act likethey don't want to be there !! Dress highly inappropriate, young girls in short shorts !!! Glove wearing seems risky whentouching everything and never changing there gloves before making your food !!! Grill looks like has never been cleaned orscraped ever!!! Nasty dinning room food,trash and tables look like never been wiped !!! Just terrible!!! I would spend your hardearn money some were else !!! I walked out after waiting inline with just two people in front of me for 35 min !!! Terrible!!Moe's is great just this one is terrible !!
