Chicken pho soup and shrimp summer rolls - some of the best Vietnamese food I've tasted in town! They're absolutely delicious!

This place was pretty good. The broth was not super deep flavor but good enough. A little bit sweet and pretty strong fish sauce... flavor. One kind of meats was a little stinky but others were very fresh. Cha gio?s texture and flavor were great. The staffwere kind and the restaurant was super clean. $16 for the Saigon Pho was a little bit pricey. Read more

Saigon Spring was delicious! I was brought here by some friends who live locally and swear by it. They appear to know what they... are talking about. The chicken wings I had were fantastic and the sauce for the wings was out of this world good. My main dishwas a pork dish and they nailed it. Perfectly cooked with plenty of flavor. I also stole some bites of my friends dishes and Iwouldn't hesitate to go family style to keep eating a little of everything. We went on a Friday evening and it was busy. Givenhow busy it was I was pleased with the speed of appetizers and main dishes coming out. A must try if you're in the area....Enjoy!!! Read more

Tried this place out for the first time with my mom after shopping and errands in Clifton Park. Service was prompt and friendly.... It's always hard for me to give an accurate rating after just one visit. The food was very good, but I felt that the portionslacked in the protein department. I'm well aware like everyone else that the meat and food costs are extremely high right now.Nothing we ate blew my mind but it was definitely good food and I would absolutely try this place out again and will update myrating if need be. Food was good, but much like every Vietnamese restaurant I've been to so far in and around Albany it is for Americans. I ordered... the bun bo hue and you can tell there's no shrimp paste or sate chilli. I asked the waiter for some and he was confused and saidthey didn't have any. Vietnamese coffee was at least authentic tasting. Spring rolls were good. Read more

We tried this restaurant after it was recommended to us by multiple people and it did not disappoint. My husband had the spare... ribs and pho and really liked them both. I had vegetable spring rolls and rice noodle stir fry (to me flavor was similar to padThai), and both were delicious as well. As a vegetarian I was pleased with the number of vegetarian offerings. Will come back. Read more
