Not sure what the issue is with this location. Lobby has been closed every visit for months now. Sometimes the drive thru takes... 10 minutes with 3 cars ahead of you, and sometimes it has taken almost an hour with the same amount of cars. I have placed anorder before on the app and when I arrived there was literally no workers present but the lights were still on? I often receiveorders with things missing, inconsistent portion sizes, and portly made items. Because of these issues I have lost money onorders I never was able to get and wasted a lot of time sitting in line. It?s also crazy that the drive thru makes it so ifanyone is ahead of you or behind you, you become trapped and have no way to exit besides waiting. My best guess is that thereis a staffing issue because it seems there are new employees every time I visit however there should be no reason they are sopoorly trained. And there is absolutely no reason 3 people?s orders should take 60 minutes. This level of service has beenpresent at this location for probably over a year now. It?s pretty crazy how much of a contrast there is between this locationand others in the area. I frequent both Troy locations, malta, and Schenectady without any of these issues. I never thought Iwould feel the need to review a fast food restaurant but I strongly advise anyone considering this location find an alternativeunless there are NO other customers present in the drive thru. Every time there?s a problem. Either drive through or kiosk. They seem to not be able to read and totally ignore what you... actually ordered. I?ll use one of my favorite words? incompetent! $32 and nothing was right. As I?m standing there the crew isarguing about a 5 minute break. Going forward I?ll drive out of my way and go to Malta. Ordered at 4:56 on a Sunday in the lobby. Only 2 people waiting. 30 minutes later still sitting here waiting for my order.... Understaffed I get except there?s a woman in the lobby walking around wiping tables down. Get some gloves on and work on thedownstairs orders. The best part is after this wait they don?t even say sorry for the wait. Absolutely terrible. Update: what?son a beefy 5 layer burrito? Beans, Beef, Nacho cheese, Cheddar cheese and Sour Cream right? This used to be a great location. Sadly in recent months this place has gone down the drain. This is the 4th time I have tried... ordering online from this location only to be told their system is down 45min after they accepted my order. If you go in person,the lobby is almost always closed and drive thru takes a good 30-40 min. Pains me to say this because I used to love this place,but save yourself the headache and eat elsewhere. I received the wrong order, When arriving at the restaurant we found the the lobby closed. We went through drive-thru when I... order my food I asked for a grilled cheese burrito box with steak she became rude with me stating that can't been done Iinsisted then she removed the box and rang up just for the G-C steak separately I gave in and just completed the rest of myorder at the window she handed me an order and I pulled away we noticed immediately we had someone else's order at least 10 carshad pulled into line after us I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake and to ask for the correct order the personwho answered the phone was extremely rude stating she did not have enough people and the lobby was closed and I would need to goback through drive-thru. Worst taco Bell ever. Uncooperative staff who constantly claim they can't print a receipt. Food was thrown in the bag like they... didn't care. Missing a steak quesadilla. Still got charged. Never going here again. See that picture? That's how it came out ofthe bag! Read more

I will never go to this location again due to their lack of professionalism. I wait almost 30 minutes in the lobby and drive... through for 1 or 2 items and hear employees say out loud are you Fing kidding me? Can we talk about the drive through? This has been an issue since I can remember in the early 2000s at this location. It is... literally a trap. Once you commit you cannot leave. Not a big deal if things were quick but this place is extremely slow. You?retrapped there for an undetermined amount of time. This caused me to be 15 minutes back from a lunch break and miss anappointment. Then there?s the matter of them randomly not accepting credit cards?so at this point I?ve been trapped there for25 minutes and can?t pay and also can?t leave. How the hell is this acceptable?
