Ever Since Druthers Opened this restaurant has gone way down hill. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them since Druthers... opened. First the place was a ghost town, it was almost empty. You would think that would mean quick service. No, took 5minutes before someone came up to me. Much of the food was ice cold when I picked up, probably from me having to wait forsomeone to ask me why I was there. I ordered the pretzels, they were raw. we had to bake them again because they were notcooked well enough. They also put food in containers that were way too small to hold the food. I ordered a chicken that had asauce on it. It was put in a Styrofoam container that was way too small for it. The sauce leaked out of the container and allover every other container in the bag, I had to wipe down every single container as I took them out of the bag. I havefrequented this establishment many many times over the years, this will be the last. From the look of how busy it was on aSaturday night, they wont be in business much longer anyway. Read more
My sister and I have been going every Monday evening, except for Halloween, for their 50 cents wings. We always have a good... time and the servers are fantastic and accommodating. We have tried both traditional and boneless wings and both are great. Read more
The coffee, for my taste was horrible. The food was just "ok" even though I feel expensive. The waiter was amazing! By... himself and 100% on the ball, No one waited for anything. It was clean as well. I will add that my friends did enjoy theirfood. Maybe I'm just super fussy!! Read more
Spur of the moment decision to eat out. Fridays a good choice. Headed to Fridays for an early dinner. Free chips & salsa for... rewards members plus was able to redeem rewards points for a free whiskey burger. Server did her best to give great service butthere's obviously a lack of workers issue (here & everywhere else too) so she was running! We get the free chips & salsa everytime we go, cause they're free, duh. But consistently chips are over done lending a burnt taste & weird after taste. ArnoldPalmer drink was delicious. We both ordered the whiskey burger and they were prepared as ordered. A lot going on in that burger,so they tend to slip & slide inside their bun! All in all, dinner was as expected. Wait time between ordering & receiving foodand waiting for check, pick up of check & ccard & return of ccard was I believe directly related to staffing. One thing notrelated to dining, however, was the seater/greeter kept using the pick up door to make runs to her car. In & out probably fourtimes. Every time letting in cool October evening air. Door is situated on side of restaurant for pickups & meal deliverypickups so you expect an occasional server to utilize door for drop offs. This person kept going to her car which was directlyin our sight, making a call or making a note or something. But the room cooled off quite a bit in the hour or so we were thereunnecessarily. Placed a to go Curbside order tonight and i waited in the spot for 25 minutes past the order time and no one brought me the... food. I went inside to see what was going on and the employees were standing next to my food talking didnt say anything to mewhen i walked past them and picked up my food. When i got the food home i paid extra for bacon and they didnt put bacon oneither of the sandwhiches. I also tipped them almost $4 not that they deserved it for such poor service. Read more
I'd encourage anyone reading this to look at my other reviews. I try not to be a Karen, leaving positive reviews for good... places and saying nothing most of the time for places unless they're really awful. Sadly this is one of those times. My wifeand I arrived around 2pm and were promptly seated in an otherwise empty restaurant. After 30 minutes as we were getting up toleave the waitress approached us and apologized for the wait. We agreed to stay and placed our drink and lunch orders(burgers, nothing complicated). Over the next 50 minutes other couples came in and ordered food and drinks. Everyone got theirfood before us and some paid and left. Our waitress was no where to be found. We asked another staff member to find our personbut that went no where. The food eventually came and it was cold and meh. Nothing amazing and certainly not worth the money ortime spent. It took almost 30 more minutes to get a check. We paid and left just over 20 percent tip as I generally believepeople could be having bad days and maybe this was one of them. We assuredly won't ever be going back however. Read more

We literally had the entire place to ourselves. Our server was great! Friendly and efficient, however the food was average and... food presentation was lacking entirely. Drinks were yummy but unsure if they water them down because we couldn't taste (orfeel) any alcohol. Read more
