I ordered a panini and when I finally got it it was burned to a crisp. My mother was with me and ordered something and they... couldn't get that order right. I brought my food up to the counter because I wasn't going to eat it and they asked if they couldmake a new one and I said no thank you, my mother's halfway done with her lunch already. The girl who helped me was very niceand kept apologizing and did her best to try to make good for it but unfortunately it was too late. They were also out of almostall of the meats so I couldn't get the sandwich that I originally intended. How do you run out of product on an early Fridayafternoon? The girl who helped me said somebody new was training and may have made some mistakes with the orders which Icompletely understand. We find West end bagels to be the closest in taste to the bagels we grew up on in Long Island. And NYC. And they have all the... varieties we like, including Poppy seed, garlic, pumpernickel and cinnamon raisin... what more could you ask for. Read more
