I ordered a panini and when I finally got it it was burned to a crisp. My mother was with me and ordered something and they... couldn't get that order right. I brought my food up to the counter because I wasn't going to eat it and they asked if they couldmake a new one and I said no thank you, my mother's halfway done with her lunch already. The girl who helped me was very niceand kept apologizing and did her best to try to make good for it but unfortunately it was too late. They were also out of almostall of the meats so I couldn't get the sandwich that I originally intended. How do you run out of product on an early Fridayafternoon? The girl who helped me said somebody new was training and may have made some mistakes with the orders which Icompletely understand. I wasn't rude to anybody I just said don't worry about it it's fine and she refunded my money for mymeal. Anyway I went to Jersey Mike's next door and got exactly what I wanted. Read more

We find West end bagels to be the closest in taste to the bagels we grew up on in Long Island. And NYC. And they have all the... varieties we like, including Poppy seed, garlic, pumpernickel and cinnamon raisin... what more could you ask for. Read more

Hello, My husband and I went to your bagel shop today with a friend visiting from out of state. We asked your employee for a... veggie sandwich with capers. Your employee said ?so a lox supreme but veggie? and I repeated it after that and said yes butwithout the lox. I ordered another sandwich a lox supreme normal. We had a friend with us and English is their second languageand he was taking a little bit longer to review the menu because he was new to West end bagel. Your employee was extremely rudeand impatient waiting for our friend to order. When people are speaking to each other in a language other than English thenspeaking to you in English this should not be a reason to get frustrated, this is a time to approach with patience andunderstanding. There was only two people behind us and another employee was helping them. I didn?t understand the rush. After wegot our order the employee had made two lox supreme sandwich. I know that lox is salmon and that?s why I told them no lox on oneof the sandwiches. I know there was a miscommunication but my husband is a lifelong vegetarian and we have never had a problemordering a bagel sandwich this way before. Your employee went on to blame us for the error and even said there is no Veggiesandwich in your store even though it is clearly written on your board and they were incredibly rude. With all of the competition in the area West End Bagels simply is not very good and I would go elsewhere. Many times the orders... have been wrong which was again the case today. The bagels are never toasted and the toppings are routinely wrong which hasbeen the case the past few times. Today we've got a toasted French toast bagel with cream cheese or rather an untoasted bagelwith a slab of butter on it. Read more
I ordered online thru their website for home delivery the next morning. The website is completely WE Bagels branded, no sign of... anyone else involved. The delivery did not arrive. Turns out time was moved from morning to noon without my approval. Calledand cancelled the order, however I was charged $10 for absolutely nothing but disappointment and missed breakfast. Do not orderfrom them online. If you want their bagels just go to the store. Read more
