Expect to pull up and wait. Even with no other customers inside or in the drive through we had to park. Wouldn't have minded if... the food was fresh or the sides were more than enough for one person when you order a meal for your whole family. Pretty surethe biscuits were a few days old. My family loves KFC but unfortunately can't find one that the service or food isn't lacking. Read more
It was horrible. Took 25 mins to get food. Brought order out and was wrong. Chicken old and mot coated. Lemonade taste by lemon... water. Manager had lousy attitude. I wont be back till mgmt changes Read more
Didnt get what we want n we couldnt even eat it .we ordered the Long John Silver's chicken n got KFC Chicken strips that were... over cooked. But first we got chicken sandwiches had to go back n get this what ever chicken it's bad when your dog wouldn't eatit. Read more
Went here Seprember 30,2022 at 12:42 for lunch. Wanted the buffet but it was already torn down. Or maybe it isn't used anymore.... We left and went elsewhere. Read more
Food was good. Just need to work on the drive thru speaker. What are y'all going to do when it totally goes out?
It was an awful experience. WILL NOT GO BACK. dine in was open. No service no napkins. Ask for napkins got a really bad... attitude. When ordering ask for tarter sause and shrimp sause. None in our takeout bag that was delivered to our table!!! Wewere dining in. Went to get it and silverware at counter. Got yelled out for not giving them time to get our sauses. Ask forsilverware and was told that I needed to wait. Other customers went to counter to get food they didn't get. Was also treatedwith anger. Then a guy came in from drive through stating his food was wrong. Lady at counter was arguing with him. We left didnot finish our food. Which was awful over cooked and just nasty. This was the most ridiculous excuse of customer service I've seen in a long time. My order was taken and my account was charged... ($54.49) at 5:20pm... about 6 to 8 minutes after placing it on the app. We went to pick it up at 5:30 (10 minutes afterreceiving the email telling us it was almost ready). We were told the order never came through and the would have it finished in20 minutes (5:50)... at 6:00 they said the were almost done... at 6:12 they "had a problem with the fryer and no tenders"finally at about 6:15 the order was ready. I can accept and understand staffing issues but blatant lying to the customers is notacceptable. I will never order from here again... what a waste of money. Read more
