Avoid at all cost!!! Unfortunately dinned here last night and have been throwing up since. The place was so dirty. Men's... bathroom was out of order. Every trash can in the place was overflowing and garbage on the floor. No drink lids or straws. Manyitems were out of stock. It wasn't the lettuce that made me sick because that was out as well. Had to be the big mac hamburgerthat was actually in stock but makes you throw up all night!!!!! Normally the service here is okay, not great but okay. Today was the worst service I think I've ever had at a drive thru. The... girl at the payment window was polite and efficient but at the pickup window we were handed the wrong food and when I handed itback and said it wasn't correct, she argued with me, I showed her the receipt, she handed me another bag but it still wasn'tcorrect. It wasn't even that the order was wrong that bothered me. They were very busy and I get that it's easy to get stuffmixed up but it was her attitude, rude and argumentative. Read more
Our order took forever. We got a meal that came with pancakes, and then we didnt get them. The lady claimed we said we didnt... want them, but we remember clearly telling her we did. We ended up paying over 4 dollars extra for them. Again, the wait waslong. And other people came in and complained about their orders while we waited. Bathrooms were clean though. Read more

Went and ordered less than 20.00 worth. They told me to pull forward and my order would be done in 2 minutes because of the... mcchicken I ordered. No problem. 20 minutes later still nothing. Finally I went inside and asked about my order they said theyhanded it out to someone else. Finally bagged it and gave it to me. No apology or anything. Rude. I will be calling corporate. Read more
The food was cold, fries were hard and old. Usually my fries are hot. I was charged for a large combo instead of the medium.... One dollar and thirty cents more. I thought that was a deceptive practice. I caught that and said that to the drive throughemployee. They said they couldn't change it. I usually like this McDonalds.
