Similar to the other reviews this month, my order was messy, semi-melted and was plopped into a broken waffle cup with a large... edge part broken off & the bottom was partially missing. My husband's order was beautiful. Two different servers, two vastlydifferent results. Seems that my server might need more training, maybe take a little more pride in her work. The server had to ask me four times for the two items I wanted mixed into my ice cream. Then she only mix them into half of my... ice cream the other half was left plain. The acting manager of the store was not wearing a face mask while waiting oncustomers... And no one was upholding the social distancing space amongst the customers. Top of the line creamery. The ice cream cakes are works of delicious art, made with care, precision and noticably quality... ingredients. The young gentleman who created my order was contagiously enthusiastic about sharing his craft. I'm hooked on thisplace. Read more
So this was right next to Dunkin and honestly most people were walking right by,but not us. It was our lunch and we can get a... coffee anytime. I love the variety and the concoctions they come up with. Totally jamming on the blueberry muffin batter icecream. What wasn't appealing was some big box that needed to be picked up, taking up most of the restaurant,but once you getover that monstrosity the service was awesome. She was giving me ideas I could put in my ice cream instead of things I didn'twant. Very pleasant and we we're saying hmmm the whole time. Best lunch ever. Read more
Love the cakes here, but 2 of my sons birthdays a few weeks apart and the same boy was working. We asked him to write happy... birthday on the cake and both times he said he didnt know how???? To the owners of this place we love the ice cream, please hireanyone who can write basic words and we will continue being loyal customers. Read more
The ice-cream tastes great. The sugar level seems to be lower than other places which is good for me. The service was great.... Just don't order with your eyes otherwise you will too much ice-cream. (I know, there is no such thing as too much ice-cream...). Read more
Melted icecream. Pretty bad experience as kids dropped most of it in the waste bin
