Always hot & always fresh...enough said it's McDonald's.
Misgendered by manager Lisa (even after having my name) who was ridiculously rude and argumentative about a mobile order.... Manager gave me a very hard time when they couldn?t find the order and kept putting in different codes than the one given on thereceipt. The last straw for me was being misgendered when the manager couldn?t be bothered to look at the receipt on the phone.Overall bad experience. Bad manager. And apparently getting a refund means jumping through quite a few hoops. Read more

We had a bad transaction with our credit card which canceled our order. And as any good person would do. The guy in the blue... shirt made everything alright and we left with our meals. Is near the outlets. We must have waited at least a half hour. Frustrated and upset customers were canceling their orders. I saw... the guy on the line using his phone instead of making burgers. He had a cell phone on the line and put it on the shelf. Wowthere were so many people waiting. Order was correct but it took way too long to get food. Read more
McNuggets at this location is always gross. Always messing up the orders too. Clearly lack of quality food control at this... restaurant. Been to plenty of other McDonald?s and they don?t have McNuggets this bad. Read more
Whelp, location number three and NOTHING. Do I have to go back to Wendy?s?!? How do you say you?re open 24hrs but are not open... 24hrs. Guilford, Madison and Clinton McDonalds are not open 24hrs. I called there asking them a question none of them could speak English properly I could not understand them for one.. I had also... been hung up on several times by different people with just simple questions.
