Good food but slow service in drive thru ...I understand they are short on staff.
Absolutely horrible went for a smokehouse brisket and chicken tenders. Waited 20 minutes for it to only get a cold sandwich and... fries... wait another almost 10 minutes get a warm thrown together sloppy sandwich and mostly warm fries.. worst arby's ever. Noapologies or anything when I went up and asked for warm food. Manager on duty was rude with no words other then turn and ask foranother sandwich. Only bell rings ull hear here is a kid ringing it cuz it's a bell with a rope and loud. Lol Read more
absolutely horrible servive. waited forever for 5 pc chicken strips and smokehouse brisket basket. heard them ask several... times if chicken was coming in the meantime im assuming they made the brisket and fries and let them sit because i got them andit was all cold. the only hot food was the tenders. then they forgot our sauces and my strawberry lemonade. now im waiyinglonger for the brisket because the onions aint up yet. ive been sitting here for at least 25 minutes now... still waiting.... Many fast food joints disappoint. Arby's in Clinton Iowa has yet disappoint. Many restaurants in the area are understaffed, this... Arby's has been staffed everyone I've been there. The food is good as well. You won't go wrong with this local Arby's. Read more
