Cold fries..... It seems like a bunch of young people, that are needing true leadership in running a restaurant. The mindset is... there but presentation and service need to go hand in hand. When I'm spending 80 bucks for food I don't want it to look like ahappy meal from McDonald's. Read more

The service was bad. The place smelled like dirty mop water. And the wings still had feathers on them. I could have dealt with... the slow service and even the smell, but to serve wings with noticeably huge feathers on them is gross and unacceptable. Read more

Run of the mill BWW as far as the food. I will say that this location is MUCH cleaner than some of the others I've been to over... the last several years. I have been really disappointed by the way this chain has slipped. I often look for any other optionswhen I see a BWW. They are often downright filthy. This location, while not spotless, is clearly cleaned by a staff that takespride in their establishment. Read more

Our server was nice and attentive but thats about it... the kid that sat us down put us at a table that had crumbs on it which... he wiped off with his hand (I had the waiter clean the table) and there was food and trash all under the tables in the sectionwe were in. Fried pickles, half of them were cooked ok but half were only cooked on one side and the other had raw breading.Nachos in our sampler barely had chicken or cheese on them. Burgers were ok. The kicker... our waiter said he'd text us our billinstead of bringing us a bill so we could see what we were being charged for. They are hurting badly on staff and is effecting them badly.. the waitress was all over the place and running ragged. We were... only in the restaurant with about 5 other groups and it took over an hour for food for my husband and I and our two toddlers. The order was completely wrong the first time and when they brought it out again it was still wrong. Not a great experience. Iwouldn't take my kids back as it is unpredictable how long everything would take and it would be too much for them. Read more
