The place is a mess the tables haven't been wiped down ketchup on the tables and straw wrapper today. I place my order 77 she... calls 71 so I wait there was one other person here before me then they call 78 and I'm like OK and the drive thru is justmoving. So more customers come in and they skipped my order. And I herd her give 78 my burger. They got boxes on the counter.Chocolate leaking from the broke ice cream. The place is just a joke, sad thing is its not a force of young high schoolkids messing up but 30 yr Olds and 20 yr Olds. I can't wait to see how the Convid school kids do in the future. ... oh Ihave to go up to the counter and ask what's up bro, and I ordered onion rings and they had no zesty sauce its in a boxsomewhere on the counter. The meals were always fresh and delicious. However, the other night I walked across the street from my hotel to eat. What upset... me was that the Assistant manager wouldn't serve me as a walkup through the drive-thru, even though the dine-in area was closedand there was no other way to order food. For this reason, I rate THIS Burger King a 2 of 5 Starz. Read more
I am very sad with the service I've had the last few times I tried to stomach eating from this location. I worked at this... location years ago and it has gone so downhill. Food is always cold no matter what you order and if they forget an item they donot apologize or thank you for being kind, in fact they don't say anything at all. I am leaving this review because I know theycan do better. Read more
Haven't been to this location in ages bc of past problems with quality, but today was a very pleasant surprise. Workers were... extremely polite, got everything I ordered perfectly right, I only had to ask for ketchup one time (and not only did theyremember, they gave me plenty! Not just the usual 2 packets). The fries were fresh, hot & perfectly salted. They were in theirdesignated container, not just dumped in upside down. There were napkins in the bag. I was totally shocked lol. Food wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. Extremely slow and kitchen looked filthy from drive-thru ...in all fairness, it... appears that their workers did not show up tonight. It took 15 minutes to go through the drive-thru when the restaurant wascompletely empty and only one car ahead of me. This car was sitting at the pickup window when I first pulled in. Burger wasgood. Jalapeno cheddar bites appeared to have no cheese in them ... either cooked wrong or old and reheated. That wasdisappointing because I think the jalapeno cheddar bites are one of the best things Burger King has ever made. Read more
