There pizzas Wow what Happened to this place. Never had issues untill today I called to place order phone rang and rang then... just hung up. Called back asked for a code. Pizza hut just got my Business Phone worked there guess Casies don't Want customersHORRIBLE ATTITUDE. when you do get through to order pizza Wait times are usually 1hr. Or more. Associates are Rude and don't nowwhat customer service is or don't care. I think the problem is on management. This is the only Casies I have had issues with.Casey's are Known for customer service when traveling I look for Casey's to stop eat and refuel. Read more

I ordered 3 pizzas and waited an hour after they were supposed to be done and they were just putting it in the oven. Kitchen... staff was swearing. Had 2 new people in the kitchen on a Saturday night. Short staffed and the manager refuses to come in tohelp them. Absolutely ridiculous Read more
Several times now, have gone to get a piece of pizza for lunch and they don't have any lunch items ready or out. All they have... available is breakfast pizzas at 11:00. Staff is also rude when asked how much longer food would take. Read more
Despondent, grumpy staff, worst cashier service I've EVER seen, and when I walked out of the store, a rude staff member laughed... with her friends and loudly made fun of me for the way I acted (I have Asperger's). Casey's is a good solid chain gas station. The restrooms are always clean and the pizza is always great. My only problem with... Casey's across the board is they fail to follow their own covid-19 policy of requiring all customers to wear a mask. They have asign on the door which does NOTHING to hold customers accountable. Thankfully, most of the time the clerks are wearing theirs. Iwear a mask in all public places, retail establishments and indoors at work. Casey's must be afraid to alienate their customerswho refuse to wear masks. I will still shop here, but you can be sure I'm masked up in the store to protect myself from yourirresponsible customers. I ordered 2 pizzas that were supposed to be delivered like an hour ago, so I called and they said the guy had just left. I... waited another 15 minutes still nothing, so I call again and the guy who answered said the delivery driver left 5 minutes ago,to which I told him they said 15 minutes before hand that he had just left. The guy who answered was rude and passed the phoneto someone else who said she would send me a coupon for a free pizza in the mail and the delivery driver said they never got aticket for me. Finally the woman found the ticket so my pizza was never even made! She asked me if I wanted her to make my orderand I told her no I just want my money back on my card, she said sorry and hung up after I said this is beyond ridiculous. Read more
