Went there this evening around 5 for supper with my daughter the young kid took our order which was 2 bacon butter delux burger... baskets one with onion rings and one with cheese curds. Our total was 25 which i thought was a little high but thought it was upcharge for the onion rings and cheese curds. The waitress brings us our food which were both double burgers i checked my receiptand thats why it was high we were charged for 2 bacon butter burger doubles(not what we ordered) my daughter takes the food tothe counter where everyone there was rude as hell. She explained we didnt order doubles the young lady says we cant take thefood back and my daughter says we ordered singles. The manager then steps in refunds her 12 dollars and then wants to charge herfor two single burgers. Shes annoyed and shouts for me to come up as everyone working was being extremely rude. I get up thereand the manager says to me we cant take this food back i said i understand that but its not what we ordered. Finally a lady in aneon vest who was running orders outside says to the manager just make them two singles thats what they ordered. I say thank youto that lady who was the only one there with any class or manners. Then to top it off the young lady grabs the tray of the wrongfood shrugs her shoulders at my daughter and throws it away.we are brought are correct order minus my onion rings but at thispoint whatever. Horrible drive thru experience around 5 pm Tuesday - July 12th. Waited and waited for a medium concrete mixer . Was asked to... pull ahead... one car ahead of me. 2 - 3 cars behind me. Maybe no more than 5 cars in parking lot. NOT BUSY. Car in front got2 packages of food and then Culver's employee came back with a cup of ice cream or sundae for them. They pulled away and Ipulled up. Car behind me got their bags of food and another trip out from employee with a drink or ice cream. The next carpulled across from me...and they got their food delivered to them.....and then I drove around and asked for a refund. I don'tmind waiting my turn...but not for 3 others behind me with food orders to get served Ist... when I only had 1 - concretemixer. Lost my business. Read more
Gave service lower rating because we ordered icecream with our meal. They brought our meal out and no icecream. We finished... eating went up to get our icecream and they handed us a dish of half melted icecream....they had it on the counter the whiletime we were eating Read more
Was like the 3rd person there and I waited about 10 mins and brought out my food, looked in bag and I'm missing both my cheese... curds. I called and let them know that I was missing my cheese curd(s) s for plural (2) and they brought me out 1 and I toldthem I am missing my other one now. Horrible service. If you can't function at 1040am when you open at 1030am why not push it to11 instead? or better yet, look at the ticket to make sure all the food is in the 1 bag instead of bringing me out 3 differentones! I enjoy Culver's but Culver's used to be much better when they were a much smaller franchise they have gotten more like every... other fast food restaurant. They're cutting corners to be like every other fast food restaurant! Read more
