The app rarely works right and that's the only way to get or redeem rewards. The coffee is really not good but the donuts are... great! Staff and management do try their best to make things right when the app fails but it's definitely annoying. Our of theten times I've ordered through the app or tried to get rewards only one time actually worked the way it was supposed to. Out ofthose same ten times the coffee hasn't ever been very good. :/ Read more

After being asked repeatedly by my son to try this Dunkin Donuts I finally caved and took him today. Never been to one before I... asked the staff what frozen or cold drinks were avalible. The lady behind the counter responded ice coffee. So then I looked upand saw they have a white chocolate hot coco but when I asked her, "no we dont have that".... so we settled for 2 small hotcoco's and a couple long johns. The long John's were good, but my son got a coffee so rather that complaining were justswitched. Staff was not friendly or helpful, it seemed like I was asking to much of her to explain some options to me. Even mykid said we won't be back here again.
