I like this store, but it really depends on what time you go. If you go at night they love giving you drinks that are not full!... So that's always nice. The morning crew on the other hand perfect. I've been to a lot of different Starbucks over the years and this location has the best customer service. Everyone here is... always so nice and bubbly. The service is extremely fast as well. I've sat no longer than 3 mins from the time of ordering, togetting my drink in hand, and this is with a line wrapped around the building. Customer service is 100x better than theStarbucks at Hy-Vee and love that they have a drive thru. Read more
I?m a partner at another location In the area and I stopped here in my way home. The store was short staffed and you could tell... the other partners were stressed. I wish I knew their names because I wanted to give them so recognition! They went above andbeyond, and made one of the best lattes I?ve had from Starbucks! It?s about 7:15, online says they are open until 8:30, yet no one is there and there is not a sign up stating that they closed... early. One truck was in front of me and went, and then I pulled up after I sat there for a few minutes thinking they were justbusy, I finally gave up and pulled around to the window and realized not a single person was there.
