Would give a zero if possible. Went in a few mins ago. Sat in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes to get to the box and sit... another 5. Box at drive thru says new hours and lists the new hours which on Thursday thru Sat it said 1am. Yea not 1 am butclosed and no signage saying closed. Lights still on looks open but no employees. Dubuques wendys is down right nasty. Food wasn't correct. Wasn't fresh it was chilly. Paid for a certain drink and they gave us... pop. Kid running the register didn't seem to know what he was doing.
