Would give a zero if possible. Went in a few mins ago. Sat in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes to get to the box and sit... another 5. Box at drive thru says new hours and lists the new hours which on Thursday thru Sat it said 1am. Yea not 1 am butclosed and no signage saying closed. Lights still on looks open but no employees. Very irritating after long day of work and notfeeling like cooking. Looks like we'll be cooking tonight. Read more
Lol 1030 on a Friday night, employees left the store. All lights on, machines going, lights are on but nobody's home. Sign... posted that they close at 1am. So, y'all might wanna check on y'all employees ??????????? Read more
Dubuques wendys is down right nasty. Food wasn't correct. Wasn't fresh it was chilly. Paid for a certain drink and they gave us... pop. Kid running the register didn't seem to know what he was doing. The floor was so sticky my shoes kept sticking to them.None of there tables were cleaned off. We had to wipe it down ourselves. Just nasty Read more

It doesn't matter what time of day it is, you can expect to wait upwards of 20 minutes sitting at the order box just to place... your order. Much like every other fast food restaurant they have timers that clock how fast they are from time the order Iplaced to time it is handed to customer... they'd rather you sit in the drive through for 30+ minutes and not have higher upsknow they're making the brand look horrible than them learn to work faster and deliver actual FAST food. We got to Wendy's in Clinton Iowas....wanted a frosty after lunch, my nieces and I. We got there about 1pm.....seen many many... cars druve up and leave...We stupidly stayed. At 1:50. We finally recieved our 4 frosties. $9.80 for frosties not evenfull!!!! That was unbelievable service! I don't know what the issue was but.....this was totally bad business! Read more
This is what a burger that costs over $6 looks like at Wendy's. Purchased the bacon bourbon burger and this is the pathetic tiny... smashed burgers I was given. I understand the pictures advertised and what you're given aren't going to be the same but this isblatant false advertising. Charges restaurant prices for low quality tiny smashed burgers.
